Perform maintenance and repairs across hotel rooms, common areas, and grounds.

Tasks
-Deliver courteous, professional hospitality at all times. -Maintain and repair hotel tools, equipment, and systems. -Perform routine and preventative maintenance in guest rooms, common areas, and hotel grounds. -Inspect and maintain furniture, appliances, and electrical fixtures (TVs, refrigerators, lighting, etc.). -Assist with cleanliness and upkeep of hotel exterior spaces and common areas. -Provide support to housekeeping and front desk teams with occasional janitorial duties. -Ensure all repairs meet brand and company standards. -Keep exterior landscaping and lawn areas free of litter and well-maintained.

-Valid driver's license. -Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints. -General repair and handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). -Physically able to perform maintenance duties (lifting, bending, carrying, etc.). -Well-groomed, professional appearance, and adherence to company dress code.
