Acquire new SMB customers for Procore's construction management SaaS in Dublin.

Tasks
-Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com -Work collaboratively with Account Managers to communicate customer goals, pain points, and all relevant customer information to ensure a smooth hand-off to post enrollment activities (product adoption, cross-selling) -Work cross functionally with Solutions Engineers (SEs) to show Procore’s position as the leading construction software solution to prospects -Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities -Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested -Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your prospects -Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and execute discovery calls to identify business outcomes and alignment with Procore benefits -Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers -Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

What You Bring
-Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com -Qualification and timely follow up with new prospects from either inbound leads generated by marketing or identified via outbound cold calling -Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment -Demonstrated success in software sales within the SMB market, ideally in a B2B environment. -Ability to develop trusted relationships -Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email and present professionally over zoom to our customers -BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred -Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model -Proficiency in G Suite products and online collaboration tools -Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired -Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
