Overview

Supervise night‑shift construction, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety.

Tasks

-Technical Review: Study, interpret, and verify construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for design compliance. -Testing & Commissioning: Attend and witness necessary testing and commissioning procedures to verify system performance. -Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the project team, including Qualified Persons (QPs), engineers, architects, and contractors, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues. -Safety Enforcement: Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and risk assessment policies. -On-Site Supervision: Oversee and monitor all aspects of construction work on-site to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. -Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that construction projects follow all applicable contracts, building codes, and regulatory requirements. -Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet required standards and are constructed according to approved plans and drawings. -Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress photographs, and inspection records.

What You Bring

-Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical drawings, building services, and construction methodologies. -Site Experience: Previous experience in construction site supervision. -Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various project stakeholders -Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and the specific requirements of relevant authorities.
