The Senior Preconstruction Manager will play a critical role in shaping projects from concept through bid, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and successful execution. -Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, multifamily, or institutional projects. -Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction preconstruction or estimating roles. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Proficiency with construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Sage, or equivalent). -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating.
