Overview
Install dual monitors, docks, and relocate equipment for 300+ desks after hours.

Tasks
-Set up one docking monitor with built-in webcam on the left and connect a secondary monitor on the right. -Relocate and set up equipment from 23 desks to another floor (specific floor to be confirmed). -For desks with wireless keyboards/mice, relocate wireless adaptors into the new docking monitors to maintain functionality. -Remove existing docks and ensure proper cable management. -Maintain detailed records of completed installations and equipment moved. -Verify all devices are connected, powered, and functioning correctly post-installation. -Perform all installation and setup outside of office hours (evenings and weekends). -Follow company procedures for asset tagging and inventory updates. -Install and configure dual monitor setups (2 monitors per desk) for approximately 300+ desks. -Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

What You Bring
-Experience performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines. -Ability to work independently or as part of a coordinated team. -Must be available for after-hours and weekend shifts. -Familiar with Windows OS and general end-user computing environments. -Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and cable management best practices. -Previous experience supporting large corporate office moves or mass hardware deployment. -Strong understanding of desktop, monitor, and docking station configurations. -3+ years of experience in IT desktop support, hardware installation, or deployment projects. -Good communication and documentation skills. -Basic understanding of network connectivity and peripheral device setup. -Experience with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing/asset management systems.
