Tasks

-Lead IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types (human, nonhuman, customer). -Collaborate with GRC, IT, application owners, and business units to support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives. -Communicate IAM standards, policies, and technical requirements to technical teams and stakeholders. -Advise and support technical teams in the implementation of the company-wide IAM standard, ensuring both governance and technical requirements are met. -Drive program and process development, including onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and access certification campaigns. -Oversee Active Directory governance and compliance efforts. -Provide expert guidance on nonhuman identity strategy and implementation. -Champion the elimination of insecure practices (e.g., sharing network credentials via email). -Stay current with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and threats, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the organization. -Lead initiatives around identity verification, passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and secure credential management. -Conduct comprehensive IAM assessments across organizational applications, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. -Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports, presentations, and metrics for technical and non-technical audiences. -Mentor and guide junior IAM team members; facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. -Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, CIMP, cloud security) are highly desirable. -Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to expertly advise technical teams and influence stakeholders. -Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions. -Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory services. -Deep knowledge of Identity Management Systems (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory) and PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust). -Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST). -Hands-on experience with passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. -Broad IAM expertise covering human, nonhuman, and customer identities. -Undergraduate degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, OR -Graduate degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, OR -Equivalent combination of education and work experience totaling 6–8 years of relevant experience.
