Overview

Lead and manage electrical construction teams and projects up to $5M.

Tasks

-Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones -Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency -Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprentices -Start and manage projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings -Provide leadership, organization, and field management of teams ranging from 10-30 journeymen and apprentices on a wide variety of electrical construction projects ranging from $2M - $5M

What You Bring

-Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams -Have a minimum of 7 years’ electrical experience, and 4 years managing high dollar commercial or industrial electrical projects and large teams
