  • Collaborate with Defence stakeholders and internal teams to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Monitor and report on inventory suitability and fitness for purpose.
  • Promote consistent service delivery and uphold contractual compliance.
  • Liaise with Engineering on specifications and manage RODUMS (Report on Defective or Unsatisfactory Materials).
  • Support forecasting and supply planning activities.
  • Manage inventory control for Combat, Non-Combat, or PPE categories.

  • Must hold or be eligible for Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV).
  • Familiarity with Defence systems such as MILIS/ERP.
  • Australian Citizenship (required for Defence Security Clearance eligibility)
  • Must pass an Australian Federal Police check and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within the Defence sector (preferred).
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
