The Role

Overview

Operate medium rigid trucks as a Truck Mounted Attenuator driver for Transport NSW

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Tow any trailers that their vehicle is rated to tow. -Solving routine problems that arise, referring to standard guidelines and manuals, and collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve complex problems to ensure risks are minimised and work goals are achieved

What You Bring

-Competently operate Light and Medium Rigid vehicles (with a GVM of greater than 4.5 tonnes) -You currently hold a Medium Rigid Vehicle License and hold Traffic Controller Card -Be prepared to work on a 24/7 rotating roster and away from home if required. -You must be available and willing to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including shift work, late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Extended hours may also be necessary at short notice -You are willing to undertake any legislated or internal licensing, training or ticketing requirements as directed
