Tasks

A Neighborhood Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the daily operations of the community sales office, with a primary focus on achieving sales and closing goals. This role involves showcasing homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding prospects through the homebuying process—from initial contact to closing—while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets within defined profit margins. -Complete Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. -Conduct competitive market analysis and shop the competition to assess market positioning. -Follow up on leads from multiple sources, maintain consistent prospect communication, and support self-prospecting activities. -Proactively follow up on leads from various sources, including self-prospecting, referrals, marketing campaigns, and realtors, using a consistent and organized approach. -Ensure the model homes and sales center are presentable, well stocked, and operational, handling all administrative duties as needed. -Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and collaboration, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance and optimize the customer experience. -Ensure accountability for customer experience by monitoring and achieving Eliant Survey Scores and other division-determined goals. -Engage with prospects online and in person, conduct model demonstrations, identify buyer needs, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closing. -Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot), and complete all required reports related to sales activity, appointments, and community updates. -Attend and coordinate broker meetings, as well as market-specific trainings, to deepen understanding of the current market landscape. -Achieve division and community-specific sales and production goals. -Support buyers through contracts, financing, options selection, and construction; maintain regular communication, ensuring a smooth closing experience. -Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and stay informed on competitive market activity through regular reporting and research. -Proactively generate traffic through phone calls, social media, events, and realtor outreach. -Develop and maintain a strong network of realtor contacts and industry connections.

What You Bring

This position requires both office and field work. Employees must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, reach, and walk on uneven or active construction terrain. The role involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and safely operating a motor vehicle. Clear vision, hearing, and speech are essential to perform job functions effectively. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times. Work may take place in varying conditions, including heat, cold, inclement weather, and potential exposure to hazardous materials. Required PPE may include hard hats, steel-toe boots, eye, hearing, and respiratory protection. Computer proficiency is also necessary. Public contact is required; therefore, professional appearance and appropriate business attire are expected. -1–3+ years of sales experience -High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). -Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks -Proven ability to close sales and deliver strong customer service -Quick to learn and adapt to new software and tools -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Windows, and CRM systems such as HubSpot -Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State)

The estimated annual compensation for this position is between $150,000 to $200,000 per year (base salary of $50,000 plus commission). Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
