Tasks

-Communicate with Dispatch/Confirmations team any scheduling, lead, appointment, or customer discrepancies, irregularities or changes -Dispatch all leads according to the best RPL and sales rep situation. -Dispatch customer appointments to sales reps within company guidelines. -Participate in coaching sessions and training regularly and when requested. -Communicate regularly and professionally to sales and call center management on market needs. -Accurately document and disposition all appointments, calls and sales within company guidelines. -Responsible for lead management of a market segment -Confirm accuracy of appointment with the customer and other sources as outlined by company guidelines. -Double check all notes, appointment history, details to ensure your market Maximizes its potential. -Gain customer agreement on attendance and timeframe of appointment -Call/text/email customers with appointments in need of attention in a timely manner or in line with pre-determined schedule. -Communicate with Confirmations/Dispatch manager any systemic, policy or process gaps in need of attention.

What You Bring

-Soft Skills: Creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and maintaining interpersonal relationships -Planning and organizing: Ability to plan and organize appointments, schedules and communications -Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills including but not limited to text, email, phone and in person communication. -3 years call center, dispatching, sales, or customer service experience -Ability to “read” people and resolve conflict before it happens -Ability to work nights and weekends when needed -90 days Confirmation Experience as a confirmation specialist preferred* -Ability to relate positively to customers -Computer skills: Experience in Microsoft office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
