  • Support property management staff with daily operations and reporting
  • Support resident retention by assisting with community events and outreach programs
  • Assist with marketing efforts, resident outreach, and vendor communication
  • Maintain accurate vacancy and leasing reports; ensure apartments are ready for move-in
  • Monitor competitor properties and specials quarterly
  • Guide applicants through the application process and collect supporting documentation
  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and updating records
  • Track and record phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports
  • Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing options

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with PCs and ability to learn new software systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed

Benefits

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday and some Saturdays
  • Hourly rate starting at $19.00/hr. (based on experience)
