Overview
Manage electrical packages for hyperscale data centre construction projects.

Tasks
-Assisting the Client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants. -Assisting with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process. -Assisting the client and the Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultants -Establishing close out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller. Collect and track receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc. -Liaising with the Client’s schedule management team to provide Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis -Initiating close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance -Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground -Supporting contract negotiations -Working with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking -Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget -Coordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase -Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations

What You Bring
-An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques. -Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous -Ability to commit to significant international travel -Ability to manage technical disciplines.
