Tasks

payable and receivable, financial data entry, reconciliation, and providing support to the transactions and records of our organization. This role involves handling accounts -Stay updated with relevant accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance. -Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including monitoring expenses and variances. -Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and sales, to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow. -Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, such as issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up with customers for timely payments. -Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Perform financial data entry and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. -Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as aging reports, cash flow statements, and expense reports, to provide insights on the company's financial performance. -Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. -Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including verifying and coding invoices, preparing payment requests, and coordinating with vendors for timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedure We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance -Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). -Effective communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent organizational and time management abilities. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP). -Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures. -Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
