Lead and develop a sales team to drive tile sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Tasks

-Learn the installation process and products to educate customers. -Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. -Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel. -Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties. -Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates. -Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships. -Maintain inventory accuracy. -Provide customers with updates on product delivery status. -Track established store sales goals. -Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.

-Must have weekend availability -Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback -Previous sales experience -Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations -Sense of Design: put together various styles, colors, and textures -Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations. -Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team. -Detail-oriented and highly organized -Ability to read, write, and speak in English -1+ years of experience in retail management -Previous experience in a related field preferred -Basic mathematical and computer skills -Work well with others in a fast-paced, commission sales environment
