Overview

Assess needs, design & deliver OD/L&D programs, and drive culture change with CHRO.

Tasks

-Be a great teammate: pitch in on day-to-day HR questions when needed. -Champion adoption of new tools (including AI) with practical training and follow-through. -Vendor management: evaluate, select, and manage training partners; measure ROI. -Partner with operations & safety to align onboarding and progression paths. -Design & deliver training (leadership, performance management, communication, HR compliance). -Design & optimize LMS to organize, deliver, and track learning. -Build & buy: create in-house content and source the right external programs (leadership, respectful workplace, compliance). -Assess & prioritize development needs for hourly and salaried teams. -Drive change across wellness/mental health, engagement, and culture initiatives.

What You Bring

-Real chops in leadership development, instructional design, and change management. -Experience standing up or running an LMS. -5–10 years building and delivering OD/L&D programs with measurable impact. -Influence without authority—you collaborate well from the plant floor to the exec floor.
