-Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and standards applicable to the industry. Significant and proven on-site experience dealing with roofing contractors in either pitched and/or flat roofing, with a broad base of practical and technical experience. -Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, resilience, self-motivation, and a flexible, team-player approach. -Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including major complaint investigation and reparation works, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. -Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions. -Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify and convey complex compliance information clearly to diverse audiences (internal and external). -Leadership & Management: Proven leadership capabilities, including line management experience, to drive a culture of compliance and influence change across the organisation.
