Tasks

-Monitor project progress and report status to management. -Prepare technical and commercial offers for AIS projects. -Implement all management guidelines and instructions related to safety at site. -Maintain accurate records of service activities, tools, and materials used. -Travel to customer sites for execution, supervision, or inspection as and when required. -Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for smooth job execution. -Record and submit UA/UC (Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition) observations to the EHS officer regularly. -Manage and execute service orders within defined timelines and budgets. -Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example in all field operations. -Ensure quality and safety standards are followed during all activities. -Support continuous improvement in process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of AIS or similar high-voltage switchgear. -Excellent communication and coordination skills. -Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure. -B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). -Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability. -Minimum 6–7 years of experience in AIS offering and execution (66kV to 765kV).
