Tasks

-Work with central functions (design, ops, marketing) to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery. -Drive culture of accountability, hustle, and ownership; implement structured reviews, incentive programs, and performance monitoring systems. -Collaborate closely with the Business Head and central leadership on regional inputs, planning and forecasting. -Identify, acquire, and scale partnerships with top developers across the region through strong relationship management and solutioning. -Run weekly and monthly business reviews with internal leadership to ensure performance hygiene. -Collaborate with Sales, Design, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling Joint Business Plans (JBPs). -Own and drive the real estate partnerships channel sales across all key projects and developer partnerships in the zone. -Develop strong working relationships with CXOs, CSMOs, Sales/CRM Heads of real estate firms. -Take full responsibility for the P&L of the region, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets. -Serve as the face of Livspace in developer ecosystem and external forums within the region. -Ensure Livspace is positioned as the “partner of choice” for new launches, ready inventory, and resale units. -Lead quarterly business reviews and partnership growth sessions with strategic developers. -Hire, lead and mentor a high-performing team of 15+ Business Development and Key Account Managers. -Devise and implement regional growth plans and account strategies, mapped to the unique needs of MMR/Pune or Bangalore/Hyd markets. -Set aggressive quarterly and annual targets; track and improve performance. -Track key competition, benchmark best practices, and deploy interventions where required.

What You Bring

-Strong experience in leading large teams and cross-functional projects across geographies. -10+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably with P&L responsibility in real estate or interiors. -Prior success in building and scaling a business unit or vertical with P&L ownership. -Excellent executive presence, communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to CXOs. -Deep network and understanding of developer ecosystem in respective region (West or South). -MBA from a reputed institution is preferred. -Proven leadership experience in real estate developer partnerships, interiors, prop-tech or solutions selling domains.
