Manage West Coast sales of wastewater treatment solutions, driving revenue and client relations.

Tasks
-Performs site visits during the equipment installations and supports startup events as needed. -Answers questions and offer suggestions to prospects based on a thorough knowledge of the product line. Offers additional products/services to customers related to the sale and overcome objections of prospective customers. -Achieves revenue quotas through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and new customers. -Maintains accurate and up to date information on all opportunities and customer contact details in Company systems. -Assists in development and production of marketing collateral to deliver to clients and channel partners. -Create development plans to promote profitable and reliable growth of sales in target regions and segments. -Develops reports and presentations to deliver development plans, activities, and results. -Support other Company personnel as required in closing out customer issues such as field troubleshooting and payment. -Reports all safety concerns, near misses and incidents. -Acts as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. -Attends periodic sales training as needed. -Performs duties in a safe manner and promoting safety to others in accordance with the Company's safety policies and procedures. -Supports Manufacturers Rep network in achieving annual order quota, to include setting expectations, meeting resource and training needs, monitoring progress, and motivating the selling of Company products. -Assists customers with any relevant paperwork to complete the sale, including negotiation to a fully executed final purchase order. -Evaluates and presents recommendations of products and services aligning with targeted regions. -Participates in cross-functional teams to develop solutions to promote brand and value propositions. -Forecasts, reports and analysis of regional and segment sales and margin results. Manages and reports on budgets for assigned territory. -Sets up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. -Negotiates sales and executes purchase order in line with Company policies.

What You Bring
-Maintains thorough, up to date knowledge of the company’s products and services, to include competitor's products for comparison. -Communication and writing proficiency. Bi or Multilingual a plus but not required. -Management experience preferred, but not required. -Knowledge of Environmental regulations, municipal and industrial water treatment required. -Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales capacity. -Minimum 2-5 years of international business experience required. -Valid passport and ability to travel to and from locations within assigned territories. -Must be able to travel internationally, 30-50 percent of the time. -Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or international studies. -Technical knowledge/familiarity of wastewater treatment equipment (municipal and/or industrial). -Appropriately communicates brand identity and corporate position. -Experience with international travel required. -Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
