Tasks
-Develop and implement IT Project plans that align with strategic business objectives. -Allocate human and financial resources across the Project, including staffing, contracts, and budget management. -Resolve sophisticated problems that arise during the Project's lifecycle. -Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure they deliver on commitments. -Make financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible business decisions per organizational policies. -Champion teamwork and unity, encouraging the sharing of differing points of view and promoting collaboration and supportiveness. -Handle the transition to new IT systems and processes. -Coordinate activities across teams and departments to ensure flawless execution. -Establish and maintain control and feedback systems to supervise operational areas of responsibility. -Coordinate multiple projects within the Project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery that meets quality standards. -Update collaborators, customers, partners, and team members on Project status, risks, and issues, including senior management and project sponsors. -Track Project progress using critical metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on performance. -Deliver outcomes tied to business value, optimizing end-to-end processes and user experience. -Lead Project/project delivery, including interdependencies, scope, schedule, budget quality, risk, communications, procurement, and resources. -Collaborate with business units to assess and recommend solutions that meet business needs. -Lead staff to meet organizational efficiency, quality, and goal accomplishment expectations. -Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting the Project's success.

What You Bring
-In-depth understanding of IT systems, technologies, and processes. -Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management. -PMP certification is helpful. -10+ years of overall experience, with the majority spent running projects or Projects. -Knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles and processes. -Proven leadership ability to empower and guide teams toward Project goals. -Proficient at presenting information effectively, both in written and verbal formats, to engage with collaborators. -Understanding of risk management principles and practices. -It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. -3+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. -Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. -3+ years of experience spent in Mergers & Acquisition. -Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Project Management related field, or similar, or equivalent experience. -Problem-solving skills to solve complex issues, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on data. -Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry.
