Administrator (Hire Controller)

Overview

Manage plant hire coordination, quotations, and invoicing for cable engineering projects.

Tasks

-Liaising with hire company to ensure plant is hired in accordance with regional requirements -Working closely with the finance administrator in our Wakefield office to ensure invoices received are in line with contract. -Developing and maintaining knowledge of depot equipment for hire/sale, including safety and test requirements. -Laiasing with project managers to resolve any operational issues -Ensuring the quotation is received back from the hire company and uploaded to the project management system in a timely manner
