Tasks

If you’re ready to travel, lead, and sell year-round (not sit out the winter), this is your opportunity. -Conduct daily/weekly accountability meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions. -Evenings and Saturdays are expected — we meet and serve homeowners when they’re home. -Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of sales staff. -Lead, train, and motivate Restoration Consultants and Canvassers to meet and exceed goals. -Manage CRM activity (AccuLynx) with accuracy and visibility for team performance. -Represent BSE with homeowners, ensuring transparency and trust through every step. -Partner cross-departmentally with Production and Marketing to ensure Gold Standard delivery.
