Computer Hardware and Software Expert

• Assemble and test new computer systems for compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for seamless system integration.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Provide user support and basic IT training to staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure data protection and system reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and software licenses.

We’re looking for a skilled Computer Hardware and Software Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organization.

• Knowledge of BIOS setup, drivers, antivirus tools, and system diagnostics.
• Proven experience in hardware maintenance and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Diploma/ITI in Computer Hardware Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic network configuration (LAN/WAN).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
