Overview

Assist in cement testing, sample prep, and lab support while learning material analysis.

Tasks

-Support concrete trial batches, including material preparation and weighing -Collect and perform analysis on aggregate samples -Provide support to laboratory staff in other tasks as needed -Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space and assist with inventory management -Assist in sampling, preparing, and collecting materials for testing -Prioritize laboratory safety, following company guidelines and policies

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Good attendance and punctual -Ability to work independently and in a team setting -Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance and be insurable to drive company vehicles -Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical labor in inclement weather
