The Role

Process high-volume invoices, manage vendor payments, and support month‑end closing.

Tasks

-Work with purchasing team to correct PO’s. -Assist with answering phones and talking with vendors as needed. -Analyze invoice and expense reports, identified variances and research issues to correct problems and maintain financial compliance. -Monitor AP inbox and route issues to appropriate team members. -Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday. -Review vendor statements for missing invoices. -Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. -Assist with month end and year end closings to support accounting system accuracy. -Code invoices and other records to maintain organized and accurate records. -Ensure timely entry of invoices by entering within two days of receipt. -Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch and reach. -Handles high-volume invoice processing with minimal supervision. -Establish relationships with vendors and customers and answer questions regarding outstanding balances. -Reconciles monthly statements and transactions to keep records accurate and current. -Execute payments via ACH and checks. -Approve or escalate payment requests based on internal controls.

What You Bring

-Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites. -5+ years of AP experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role -High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent -Take imitative and be solution driven -Kisx Card (Surgery & Imaging Program) -Experience in construction industry is a plus -High Attention to detail -Excellent communication and time managment skills
