Tasks

Work with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations and minimize costs. Prepare reports and provide insights on logistics performance metrics to management. Prioritizing health and security Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Analyze logistics data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses. Support implementation of new logistics technologies and software to enhance operational effectiveness. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics transactions. Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to align logistics with business needs. Track and monitor shipments, resolving delays and issues proactively. Assist in the development of logistics strategies, including carrier selection, route optimization, and inventory management. May require occasional travel to suppliers, customers, or distribution centers.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive situations effectively. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and warehouse processes. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods when needed. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Listening with curiosity and open minds Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
