Tasks

Supervise and inspect all site work according to the project quality plan (PQP), approved shop drawings (SD), materials submittals (MT), and method statements (MS). -Prepare and submit daily report. -Ensure all documents related to site quality control are not obsolete. -Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time -Supervising all site activities carried out by INNOVO or subcontractors. -Assist QA/QC Engineer to close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring the Corrective Action Request actions are taken as per approved quality plan, project specification and standards to close of NCRs. -Checking concrete pours to ensure tests are carried out as per project specification and quality tests. -Closely monitoring site activities to ensure quality of work compliance with approved SD, MT & MS. -Ensure that any activity offered for inspection has approved shop drawings, method statement and inspection and test plan. -Check and inspect delivered materials to site are as per approved material submittal and ensures the material storage is done as per manufacture requirement. -Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set -Supervising all site inspection work before offering inspection requests to consultant.

-Good communication skills, including the ability to work well and communicate with internal and external individuals at required levels. -Good and organizational skills. -Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Ability to work in all outside weather and site conditions within a manual/workshop environment. -Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, walk on rebar mesh, climb ramps and other unstable footings. -Diploma in civil engineering. -3+ years experience in construction.
