- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Help ensure MEP work complies with design documents, code requirements, and safety protocols.
- Monitor progress against schedule milestones and report deviations. Support budget tracking, change order management, and cost forecasting for MEP scopes.
- Support MEP coordination with BIM/VDC teams and consultants.
- Help manage MEP subcontractor procurement, scope review, and buyout process.
- Assist in the review and coordination of MEP drawings and specifications.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and design teams.
- Assist in commissioning, inspections, and system startup coordination. Attend and document MEP coordination meetings.
- Review subcontractor payment applications and invoice backup. Conduct regular site walks to observe MEP installation progress.
- Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in developing and updating MEP construction schedules in coordination with the overall project schedule.

- Effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera P6).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with MEP systems and construction processes.
- Basic knowledge of BIM (Navisworks/Revit) is a plus. Must be able to navigate active construction sites safely. May require occasional evening or weekend hours depending on project deadlines.
- Four (4)+ years of experience in construction, ideally with MEP systems or subcontractor coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with general contractors or MEP subcontractors is a plus.
