Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Florida, or transferable within 3 months preferred
Ability to work in-person, on location with occasional limited travel
Servant leader mentality with strong ability to train and mentor staff
Excel in project management, administration, and supervision
