Materials Controller

Overview

Manage material call‑offs, deliveries and stock for multiple construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• supplier liaison
• material call‑off
• production monitoring
• delivery discrepancies
• stock checks
• schedule reporting

Tasks

-Liaise with Suppliers to confirm delivery arrangements -Ensure materials are called off in time to meet the events programme -Follow up any outstanding orders -Monitor production programmes in relation to stock and advise the Site Manager of potential shortages -Liaise with site teams re deliveries discrepancies / damages -Regular checks with site teams for excess stock. -Monitors build progress with site teams to ensure materials due in are still required to dates requested. -Report any schedule issues to commercial

Requirements
