Tasks

-Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels. -Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance. -Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. -Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. -Provides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams. -Builds effective, competent, and high-performing teams. -Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • 7-12 yrs
  • b.e/b.tech
  • mechanical diploma

-7 to 12 years of experience in similar field. -Full time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical.
