The Role

Oversee daily field labor schedule and coordinate production for mitigation projects.

Tasks

-Coordinates monitors and supervises customer/homeowner quality service on a day to day basis. -Creates and Coordinates Production schedule for all ERT Technicians -Participate in reconstruction job duties as the work flow dictates. -Perform administrator work as assigned by production manager, including but not limited to, time cards, invoices, receipts, and other job documentation. -Interface with Operations Manager and ERT Project Managers in the preparation of new losses on all new projects. -Provides input to other management based on observations from the field -Communication with customers, internal and external. -Maintain constant communication with property owner. -Professionally handle any and all complaints. -Assist in the tracking of company assets. -Coordinates new loss scheduling as needs arise -Assist in the scheduling of subcontractors. -Participate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team. -Ensures that all QA/Warranty work on an ongoing basis is completed as it arises. -Participates in marketing and business development as the need arises. -Update all job management software and files -Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor -Contribute and participate in the on-call rotation. Also, needs to set the example for field staff. -Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow. -Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole. -Participates in emergency services when an "All hands on deck" scenario arises.

What You Bring

-High level Communicator -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to multi-task and prioritize -High aptitude in Microsoft office 365 and other technology -Mitigation or Contents experience is a plus but not required -Highly Organized
