Overview
Oversees daily residence life, staff, student experience, and housing operations.

Tasks
-Coordinate projects with colleagues and campus partners (e.g., move-in, move-out, summer conferences, building improvements -Organize on-site logistics (keys, access cards, room preparation, invoices, cleaning) for summer conference guests. -Assist in maintaining policy and procedure manuals and maintaining key logs and protocol. -Oversee key management, package processing, and access control systems and form collaborative relationships with vendors to resolve issues. -Order and maintain office equipment and supplies. -Assume leadership role in absence of Director. -Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate part-time student Resident Assistants. -Serve as a member of University and COCM committees as requested. -Generate and send communication to residents with operational updates, campus events, or emergency announcements via email. -Manage data, room assignments, room transfers, and resident roster. -Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours operational and facilities issues. -Attend regular meetings and perform tasks to support the University Housing Operations team. -Proactively respond to the needs of the students; develop and implement assessment tools to aid in student satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Confidence in managing confidential crisis issues -Experience supervising and training of professional and student staff. -Experience in higher education administration and/or property management -Effective skills in customer service, leadership, and organization. -Experience and knowledge of basic data management systems (Entrata, StarRez, Constant Contact, and others as needed). -Critical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree. -Experience in managing and developing budgets. -Strong interpersonal, communication skills, computer competency, and the ability to work with a diverse population. -Ability to develop collaborative relationships with University partners. -2-3 years of experience as a full-time professional in student housing. -Master’s degree.
