The Role

Overview

Assist project manager in planning, budgeting, and coordinating small works projects.

Tasks

-Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, team members, and vendors -Support Project Manager with detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. -Identify and recommend areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.). -Contribute to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence for the overall service line and to Cushman & Wakefield. -Implement government laws and regulations and adheres to established rulings of government authorities -Monitor project budgets, ensure cost-effective solutions, and support financial resources. -Support internal team to achieve SLA and KPI agreements -Train, develop, motivate onboarding of team members -Assist in coordination of program process, including internal staff and external contractors. -Provide support of regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification preferred. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project and Office Suite. -Experience: 0-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in small works or similar projects. -Technology; Experience with Microsoft Products, Experience with Project Management tools a plus
