Tasks

-Review and optimize system designs for compliance and efficiency. -Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and bill of materials. -Mentor CAD Support Technicians and ensure quality of deliverables. -Lead design efforts and coordinate with CAD teams. -Attend design and coordination meetings. -Support Project Managers and field teams with technical guidance. -Track project hours and ensure alignment with estimates.

What You Bring

-Strong design, estimating, and project management skills. -Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Drafting (AutoCAD), or equivalent experience. -Experience with NFPA 72 and fire alarm systems. -Ability to obtain necessary licenses. -5+ years in Fire/Security system design. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reading architectural/electrical diagrams. -High school diploma or equivalent. -NICET Level II or higher in Fire Alarm Systems.
