Tasks

-Full responsibility for accuracy and adequacy of all branch order fulfillment, including loading and unloading trucks and making deliveries when necessary. -Work with Director of Purchasing to optimize inventory and gross profit margin at their store. -Providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. -Primary responsibility for branch inventory accuracy Works with regional sales staff to stay current on market, industry and competitive trends, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and evaluate the need for new or revised products and services. -In partnership with CFO, develop, maintain, and achieve annual budget targets. In partnership with the HR Manager, recruit, retain, and train employees. -Work with Credit Manager to establish new customer accounts and collect balances, as needed.

What You Bring

-Purchasing and/or selling experience -Bachelor’s degree -Strong Eclipse or similar ERP capabilities -A self-starter, “problem solver”, with high energy -Electrical distribution experience -Positive, “can do” attitude and customer focus -Master/journeyman electrical certification -Strong MS Office capabilities -Five years’ work experience in utility and/or closely related industry with at least two years’ experience in the electrical industry. -Utility experience -Two years of management/supervisory experience
