Tasks

-Support in the preparation of As-Built drawings and O&M manuals. -Prepare and maintain technical reports, method statements, and installation checklists. -Coordinate MEP works with structural, architectural, and civil teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution. -Work with QA/QC teams to implement inspection and testing plans (ITPs). -Ensure MEP works are executed safely, and in accordance with project HSE requirements. -Ensure MEP systems comply with local authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.). -Ensure technical compliance of site activities with project requirements. -Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and subcontractors for installation activities. -Coordinate MEP shop drawings and ensure timely submission and approvals. -Verify and validate material submittals against project requirements and technical specifications. -Review and understand MEP design drawings, specifications, and IFC documents. -Maintain logs for shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical queries. -Monitor site installation works for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and BMS systems. -Resolve technical issues and respond to RFI’s (Requests for Information) in coordination with consultants and design teams. -Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.
