Tasks

-Sports and Recreation: Cheer on the Columbus Clippers (minor league baseball), Columbus Blue Jackets (NHL) or Columbus Crew (MLS) and enjoy various sporting events throughout the summer or catch a concert at the iconic Nationwide Arena, Schottenstein Center or KEMBA Live! venue. -Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams on various technology initiatives and projects. -Research Projects: Supporting research and development of new technologies, such as renewable energy solutions or smart grid technologies. -Software Development: Supporting the development or enhancement of software applications used for tasks such as grid management, customer service, or billing. -Test Strategy Execution: Participate in testing cycles for ongoing projects. -Project/Task Coordination and Reporting: Help track and facilitate the completion of projects and tasks through reports, presentations, and other communication methods. -System Maintenance: Helping with the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications. -Data Analysis: Assisting in analyzing operational data to identify trends. -Technical Documentation: Creating or updating documentation for systems, processes, and projects.

What You Bring

-This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT, or CPT. -10 - 12 weeks -Ability to work in person 5 days a week in the greater Columbus region -Must have completed your freshman year of college. -Minimum 3.0 GPA. -Must be at least 18 years old. -Effective time management skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Genuine interest in the electric utility sector, energy efficiency, and sustainability practices. -Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science or Engineering, Data Analytics, Geographic Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or a similar degree -Graduation date of December 2026 or later.
