We’re seeking a talented, dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Winchester. If you’re ready for career progression, greater visibility, and the chance to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to thrive in a business that both challenges and supports you. -Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising project profitability while maintaining quality. -Experienced in managing NEC, JCT, and other contract forms to ensure commercial success. -Effective leadership skills, guiding teams through changes in scope, schedule, or resources while maintaining focus and morale. -Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to prevent impacts on timelines or budgets. -Knowledge of regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. -Ability to manage complex project timelines and deliver milestones on schedule. -Minimum of 2 years PQS experience in consultancy construction project management. -Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and cost management software (e.g., CADMeasure, iTWO CostX). -MRICS qualification or equivalent professional qualification, or a clear commitment to achieving chartered status. -Strong communication skills, clearly reporting progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients. -Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team. -Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
