Tasks

-Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. -Interpret detailed CAD models and engineering drawings to support production. -Troubleshoot machining issues and proactively resolve programming challenges. -Program CNC machinery for both milling and turning processes. -Choose tooling and cutting parameters based on materials and specifications. -Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes. -Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What You Bring

-2+ years CNC programming experience (experience using Powermill is a plus) -Familiarity with multi-axis machines and high-precision standards -Strong understanding of G-code and CNC operations -Confident troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail -Solid grasp of GD&T and blueprint interpretation -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) -Post-secondary education in machining or mechanical disciplines
