Tasks

The Administrative, Financial and Controls Manager oversees day-to-day administrative/finance and cost control functions at the Project Level supporting Project Director in the decision-making process. -Support the Project Director in strategic business decisions related to the assigned Project. -Prepare the budget twice a year alongside the Operations Manager. -Assist Operations Management in updating cash flow forecasts and monitoring budget to actual cash flow at the Project Level. -Ensures the accounting in accordance with IAS/ US GAAP and company standards. -Provide monthly reporting for each project to the Area Administrative, Financial and Controls Manager. -Supervise and approve procurement activities. -Provide Operations Management with project results and cash flow information. -Monitor the financial operations of the assigned area to ensure compliance with budgets. -Manages the Administrative, Financial and Control functions of the business unit(s) including payroll, accounts payable, HR, General Services, IT, and Cost Control. -Assist Operations Management in analyzing project actual results compared to budget and forecast. -Recommend policies and procedures relating to the financial and business practices of the company. -Ensure the systems and processes adopted by the business unit to be in line with Company’s procedure. -Review and analyze project revenue and cost to ensure performance in accordance with the projections.

What You Bring

-Enterprise Resource Planning experience required -CPA preferred -Construction or long-term contract experience required -Must have supervisory experience -Excellent verbal and written communication -5-10 years of related experience (depending on the complexity of the Business Unit) -Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent -Knowledge of US GAAP or IAS/IFRS accounting principles and financial management -Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills -Insurance/Payroll and budgeting experience required
