Tasks

-Develop marketing materials—brochures, one-pagers, signage, and event displays. -Track engagement, capture leads, and ensure follow-up within Salesforce/LeftMain. -Build relationships with city partners, brokers, and local organizations to amplify reach. -Monitor cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, and event ROI. -Lead planning for open houses, community events, showcases, and expos. -Launch targeted homeowner outreach initiatives at the neighborhood level. -Prepare performance snapshots with recommendations for optimization. -Share insights to inform strategy and next steps. -Run multi-channel campaigns across direct mail (EDDM), paid media, social, and email. -Maintain brand consistency across every deliverable and channel. -Support campaign attribution and reporting across Salesforce/LeftMain and GA4. -Align closely with sales to meet homeowner and investor needs. -Oversee campaign budgets and timelines to ensure smooth, on-brand execution. -Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and contractors on creative and media buys.

What You Bring

For this role, Chinese/Mandarin speaking is a must. -Open to occasional evening/weekend work when events call for it. -4–7 years of marketing experience (bonus if in real estate, housing, or related industries). -Familiar with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce/LeftMain, GA4). -Eye for branding with a creative problem-solving approach. -Background in executing campaigns that drive tangible results. -Own logistics end-to-end: venues, vendor coordination, AV, signage, permits, staffing. -Clear communicator and proactive collaborator. -Strong multitasker comfortable managing events and campaigns simultaneously.
