Tasks

-Represent Yardi at marketing events, prepare sales performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting efforts. -Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory. -Stay up to date on Yardi products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and promote offerings. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored Yardi solutions.

What You Bring

-Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies -Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry -Industry experience in property management -Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure -Ability to travel up to 50% -Knowledge of accounting principles -Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity -Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Excellent presentation and demonstration skills -Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills -Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products -Goal oriented and self-motivated -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Proactive with strong problem-solving skills -High responsiveness with client-centered commitment and focus -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications -Excellent time management and organizational skills -Yardi domain experience
