Tasks
-Develop and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications. -Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring seamless communication across all disciplines -Uphold the studio’s commitment to thoughtful, human-centered, and enduring design -Participate in design reviews and bring an artistic, design-sensitive approach to problem-solving -Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity throughout the process -Lead and support all phases of luxury hospitality and residential projects, from concept design through construction administration

What You Bring
-Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients and lead consultants -Exceptional understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods -Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with experience producing full drawing sets and coordinating across disciplines -Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-focused studio -A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required) -8–15 years of professional experience, ideally within high-end hospitality or luxury residential sectors -Licensure and NCARB certification are advantageous but not essential
