Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Coordinator based in Charlotte, NC. The Safety Coordinator will oversee and implement safety programs to ensure workplace compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, performing accident investigations, monitoring occupational health practices, and identifying and mitigating potential hazards. The role will involve maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.

What You Bring

-Competence in Accident Investigation and preventive action planning -Skills in Safety Training and facilitating employee safety awareness -Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards -Strong communication and organizational skills -Certification in OSHA or similar safety programs is a plus -Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus -Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and practices -Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and maintain attention to detail
