What You Bring

-Experience of managing contractors. -Excellent communication skills. -Good organisational skills and a knowledge of a range of IT packages such as MS Office and generic databases. -Asset management qualifications. -An appreciation of asset management. -Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to make decisions and achieve planned outcomes. -Experience of handling asset data and reporting on performance. -Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers. -Experience of using the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) -Full UK driving licence
