Tasks

-Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner. -Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. -Communicates with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives -Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery. -Installation, Maintenance, and Repair to be performed in conformance with established quality standards. -Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks.

What You Bring

-Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner -Must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. -Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment -Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required -Must maintain positive customer and employee relations -Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time -Training to work in a cutting-edge facility. -Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. -Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. -Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations). -Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties -Experience: 2 years associated procedural experience -Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. -The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). -Must have working knowledge of all hand / power tools to perform metal layouts of all types, use math facts and charts, and be able to apply knowledge to perform all insulation functions. -Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job. Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy -Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. -Certifications: OSHA approved Scaffold building certification. -Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. -Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
