Tasks

-Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability. -Support procurement systems and tools, including SAP and Ariba, to enhance efficiency -Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance -Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America for assigned category. -Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance

What You Bring

-Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement -Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field. -Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, or construction environments. -Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred. -Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices -Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module), Microsoft Office applications, and Ariba platforms -Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
