Tasks

-Training & Mentorship: Supports capability development within the PMO and broader project teams -Process Optimization: Identifies and implements improvements to enhance project delivery and service quality -Provide expert guidance and support to project managers across sub-regions -Stakeholder Engagement: Builds effective relationships across regions and functions -Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in shaping governance frameworks, optimizing project delivery, and facilitating business improvement initiatives -Conduct training and capability-building sessions for project teams -Oversee governance and portfolio management processes for strategic APAC service projects -Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure transparency in project reporting -Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements -Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates -Oversee cost-out initiatives, risk management, and change control processes

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Jira, Power BI) -Comprehensive understanding of portfolio governance, cost tracking, risk management, and change management -7+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or strategic operations in energy, infrastructure, or industrial services -Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent is highly desirable -Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field -Strategic Project Leadership: Ability to manage complex portfolios and align projects with business goals
